Bela Farkas Remembers Michael Jackson Saving His Life

On a visit to Budapest in 1994, Michael and then-wife Lisa Marie Presley met Bela Farkas in the hospital. Little Bela had a terminal liver disease and would die without a transplant. Michael not only found a donor, but paid for the surgery, and continued to pay for Farkas’ medical care for years afterwards.
Today, Bela Farkas is a father of a healthy baby girl and says he will always be grateful to Michael for saving his life.
