Today Is Juneteenth

Today is Juneteenth which commemorates the end of slavery in the US and celebrates African American culture. This is only the third year it has been observed as a US national holiday. Michael spoke in various interviews over the years about his pride in his heritage and in being a Black man and this holiday provides an opportunity for all to take time to think about the past as well as the enduring challenges that still exist and how each person can make this a better place.
