On this date in 2001, the short film for Michael’s “You Rock My World” premiered on MTV. The debut also was shown on a jumbotron on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. The cast includes comedian Chris Tucker as Michael’s friend and legendary actor Marlon Brando as owner of the night club they visit as the pair pursue the affections of a beautiful woman.
