On September 10, 2001, Michael performed the 2nd of two sold out concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The show opened with an introduction from Samuel L. Jackson, and Michael was joined onstage by Usher, Mya, and Deborah Cox to kick the night off with “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’.”
